G35x 2008 headlight connector

am having trouble disconnecting the connector from the headlight cant even process where the push ins are

Coupe 6MT Premium RAS

45 degree angle head needle nose pliers for the black connector, squeeze the release tab and use a small flat blade screwdriver to pop open the two halves.
