jumped it the other day, it turned on but now the instrument cluster doesn’t turn on, I see that all the dummy lights flash and also the lights on the push start button and also the lights on the ac/heater unit. What can be the cause? I did notice once I moved it the lights on the dashboard were turning on and off plus you can see the needles that want to jump

I would start with the battery and grounds. Google FSM for your car and get busy.

 

Noticed today that the bright illumination on the instrument panel also blinks on and off as you drive

 

Alternator would be the first thing i'd test/replace. Take a look at it from the top passenger side if it's juicy from the power steering pump secretions that's right above it.
That's the Top 3 alternator killer in the VQ35HR engine setup..
Connect a DVOM to the battery while engine is ON and see if the voltage goes up and down or fluctuates.
