I am in the US, they should just have the DRLs, but the 306hp makes up for such a petty concern. Just came from a 250 mile trip. The car is awesome, couldnt speed since was with wife and in laws and baby and am still in the break in period.
Id take a look at your fuse box layout in your owners manual, sometimes its noted but missing, sometimes just a blank. Commonly, the only difference is a missing fuse/relay in the american versions. This is true for countless vehicles that are sold in both USA and Canada. Most of the time its a kinda beefy relay in the fuse box under the hood.

i doubt theres one... if there is.. i think someone would have pointed that out by now...or maybe no one looked.. lol who knows...but the current only solution is to wire up a DRL module to the fogs or do the independent fog module or via a relay.
