i'll stop post whoring this thread, but overall i like the front. well styled, M-ish for sure. finally projectors! the rear leaves much to be desire IMO. i don't understand why they did that rear bumper the way they did it. the trunk should extend out further so it doesn't look like such a bubble butt

the interior looks more svelte, but from a human factors perspective, i think the cockpit is a bit strange. it'll be hard to say for sure until i sit down in one but i think that using the nav and its buttons will be tough with that recessed screen and the buttons being too horizontal and not vertical enough. i like the gauges, they look like more like the lexus IS now.

overall, with what's out, i don't regret not waiting for the '07 and leaping on the '06. sure the '07 would have been better (i'm sure it'll have a bit more hp/torque and the nav will be newer, etc) but it will take a while before the '07+ styling becomes affordable (ie: available at invoice pricing).

kudos to infiniti, i think they're staying competitive with the e90 3 series and the IS350 stylistically with the interiors and exteriors.

Am I the only one who will miss the pop-up NAV?

guess we'll have to put aftermarket decks in the ashtray location. I hope they seperated the circuit board for the HVAC controls and the stereo at least. not very mod friendlu

disappointed. looks bulbous, unsporty. the interior looks cheap, with black plastic keys inlaid in bright aluminum work. i hope better pictures make this car look better but... oh well.
