Advice on suspension

Hello All, I just bought a 2006 coupe with the sports suspension. My question is, is it worth it to upgrade the sways and springs or will the effects be minimal. Also, what is a mod that is a "must" in your opinion.

Thanks

any upgrade to the suspension, sport or not will be a noticeable upgrade. If you dont have any mods so far, a must is a z-tube/jwt pop charger and MD plenum spacer.

1. welcome to the forums!

2. this forum is for feedback/suggestions about the forum

3. hotchkis sways and some tein basics would be nice additions as far as suspension goes. also look into the arc and vrt strut bars.

4. as far as other mods not pertaining to suspension...plenum spacer, mrev2 (if you're a 6mt), stillen intake, fast intentions high flow cats, td exhaust.

with the exception of the stillen intake, i think all those are a "must" in my honest opinion.

Any upgrade on the G is well worth it especially suspension. Our cars have a great suspension as is especailly when you have the rear active steering package. But upgrading the the suspension with a coilover set up (ie Tein, HKS, Tanabe), sways, toe and camber kits will make your car handle better than some of the most expensive sport cars on the market.

Fake bov sound, whether it is a function of the airbox or not, could have your car making threats it can't back up.
