so why was he banned?... Since he has a lot of supporters it would be in everyone’s best interest to know what the issue is... I'm not suggesting you are responsible for member’s dealings - but it would seem to be a professional courtesy to let people know why someone they conduct business with isn’t allowed on a site they support.

More to the point, why was he un-banned?
He was permanently banned many many months ago on both this site and My350z. This is public information, not defamatory hearsay. PLENTY of threads exist on My350z that will lend some insight to anyone inquiring.

The cliche "beating a dead horse" is coming to mind right now..

At the end of the day, does it really matter what happened in the background? Does it really make a significant difference in your life one way or another? If so, I won't even comment on how pathetic it is. The only thing beating a dead horse right now is you.
