Show Stoppers - Bad Business

I apologize for this, but they stopped responded to my PM's about 2 weeks ago.

I ordered a CF trunk from them on March 17th and when I did I was told it was in stock. I finally called them on the 23rd just to check in as to why I hadn't received any shipping information. On the 23rd and 24th when I talked to them they were checking on the invoice and would give me call back that day, which they never did. Friday, the 25th, they tell me they're waiting on a Seibon shipment should arrive Monday (the 31st).. but originally said it was in stock.

Tuesday, May 1st, I called to find out if the shipment arrived. Nope, it's "scheduled to be delivered this afternoon." Mmmmk..
Wednesday, May 2nd, I call again to find out whats going on. "Our driver is out picking up the shipment." What is going on here!?

Finally, two weeks after my order date, on May 3rd I call the cancel my order. I'm told my refund will be paid back to me "in a few days." I've never heard that before when asking for a refund. Next day I called AGAIN trying to get my money back before the weekend, of course that didn't happen.

Monday I finally got Jim's cell number and talked with him. He sounded truly apologetic and said the other guys didn't tell him about the refund, and that he'd get it to me with in the hour. 90 minutes later I call to ask where the money is, and he didn't answer. Didn't answer yesterday when I called him either.

This is getting long and I apologize, but this has been a frustrating situation and I just want what's mine.

Jim, if you read this, I'd appreciate it if you'd refund my money. I've been more then patient with this situation. I definitely didn't want to have to go through Paypal, and didn't want to have to make a post about this, but if it's the only way to get your attention then I hope it works.

same kind of **** happened to me long time ago...it wasn`t Jim.

i was so mad i was gonna find the guy and him.

i am pretty much sure that you will get your money back within a week...he is a cool guy.

i had to wait 2 months for getting my money back...cant really remember his name.....Kashowk some ****..he would have take my money and bounce if i didnt report him as felony on paypal.

Yea.. they haven't, pretty sure I'd see a deposit of $590
I'm on the phone with the bank right now filing a compliant.

Your refund has been sent Ben, please check. I apologize for the delays and lack of communication on our/my end there is no excuse. I can only say that I will try to make myself more readily available to all customers. If you decide to come back I will certainly offer you a trunk at cost when they arrive.
