My350Z.com works on laptop but not on PC?!?!

http://www.my350z.com takes me to a "test" page with a picture of a 240z on it.
on my IE7 and FF.
I remember something like this happened once before when Godzilla was having some server issues, he posted for some of us to delete a line from one of our Windows, or System, or registry, or some file and it solved the problem.
Anyone know what I'm talking about? or find that old post?

Did you change the IP in the log file manually when my350z went down a few months ago?
