It needs to be changed from the MCP or ACP, for some strange reason if a member tries to change their signature from the user cp and includes and image they will see an error that says the maximum file size is 1kb (or some other unattainable file size). Only a super moderator or admin can add images to signatures until someone corrects the settings to follow the announcement linked above.

Don, I'll try ask one of the super mods or admins to change this for you but if it doesn't change send a pm to Calvin and he'll do it for you when he can.
