Should have followed the rules in the first place instead of doing the same thing after being warned not to. No ones fault but your own.

 

Well I know if I was banned for an offense, I would try to clear everything up when I returned. I would be easier on him if he would not have been such an sneak about it before he was banned. Again he was warned more than once and he did it anyway. Whos fault is that?

 

^I understand that, that was the FIRST time i was ever banned, like i said i would assume that when you guys banned me for the week that you would have deleted the 2 words out of my sig. I NEVER put it back in there...why would I do that after i just got banned?


BTW i was only warned 1 time in the year that i have been a member!

I wouldn't have made a thread if i was still tring to have it in my sig. Obviously i would deserve a ban again, but that's what i'm trying to resolve here. Like i said my ban was lifted yesterday around noon, i was on for maybe 30min in which i didn't even post im pretty sure so i was un aware that i still had "fender rolling" in my sig.

 

But everyone isn't you. 30 minutes is pretty short time period even if you told him that he would be banned again if he didn't modify his sig. Now if you didn't tell him, that 30 min gets even shorter.

 

You also forget that we had changed your sig before you were banned and you went and put advertising back in it after you were warned so why should we give you any more chances at all? You are just a little weasel.

Dave look, i never denied i wasn't warned. all im stating is that i didn't do anything further after my ban was lifted yesterday.

Thats why i don't know why i have a permanent ban. I was banned for a week because i put it in my sig again. but after i never put it back it. a temp ban is enough for me. you'r right i should have never had it there in the first place and for that i appologize, but i shouldn't have got a permanent ban when i didn't do anything after my ban was lifted yesterday. Do you understand wher i am coming from?

Holy shi* how old are you Dave and Rick? "You shouldn't have had it there in the first place." Yeah that's why you gave him a temp ban to fix it. Yet when he comes back on after his temp ban to change it back, he's automatically PERMA banned, because he hadn't changed it yet in time for you guys? Was this a western draw - whoever went first won, therefore making it you guys? Tell me, if someone makes a mistake and is told about it (via temp. ban) and allots them time to change it when they get back, but are never really given the chance - where do you stand? Face it, DAVE, you had it out for him from the beginning and were just stringing him along for the ride. Unfuc*ing believable.

if this is true, and you did put it back in the signature block after it was removed prior by a super mod/admin, then this constitutes as a violation of the original warning, hence your ban.

My suggestion would be talk to IB if you feel that you were unjustly punished, plead your reasoning, and perhaps. think about becoming a sponsor as well on the Z forum.

Well what was the temp ban for exactly? Assuming mods banned Shane for the sig offense?
