Hi Guys,

I paid twice and got a refund for one year (Just went through) but now, I seem to have been revoked Premier Privs.
The yellow box next to my name is gone and my mailbox is now 100% full.

Can this be fixed please?
I did pay to be a member this year!

Fixed. There was a little hiccup because of the refund, but you are good to go now.

Robb/Mark- can we not get this back to the way it use to be. Let people opt to renew rather than it being automatic?

I wish I'd seen this thread before my paypal did pay the auto renew. I've cancelled it with them and don't wish to continue my Premier status here.

I'm not sure I follow how to get a refund. Does this need to come from G35driver or do I need to go thru Paypal?

Darnelled, definitely send a PM to the two IB Staff members that Kernal mentioned above. I am hoping we can get rid of this automatic payment renewal entirely and go back to the way it was, we'll see.

Well my premier status ran up on the 17th and I wasn't planning on renewing. Next thing you know an automatic payment was sent to IB without my approval. At this point I don't even want a refund but why am I still not a premier member when I have payed?

hey G U Later, our apologies for your status on the site not being updated with your payment. We have a small issue that everyone who subscribed last year, is paying into one account, but the site's subscription manager is linked to a different paypal account. We are currently working out a resolution to this issue.

I've gone ahead and manually added your current subscription, with a bit of added bonus at the end too as our way of apologizing for the issue.
