Looking to buy in about a month

I am looking to purchase a 2005 G35C in about a month. I'm looking for any opinions on the 6MT and 5AT on this ride. I noticed a majority of the inventory for most local dealers are 5AT's. Are they just more popular and user friendly or are they just what's left since all the 6MT's have been scooped up? I understood from an earlier post that "Limited Slip" is not offered in the 5AT for this model year due to a factory error. Aside from the obvious warrenty issue, Nav or aftermarket Nav? Any advice from you folks would be greatly appreciated.

Is there anything else I need to look for while shopping?

Nothing available in terms of opinions on the 6MT vs 5AT. Is there anything specific you were referencing?
