I was referring to the rumor mill statement regarding the G getting the TT VQ37HRTT

the new 306hp G sedan has already been recorded by car and driver magazine to do 5.2s 0-60

My prediction: '08 G35 coupe will have the same engine as the sedan to compete with c-class, 3-series, IS. GT-R will compete with M3. Two years later we will see a 330+hp G37. We'll see!
^^i completely agree with u.

Woulda been nice if................

It would have been nice if Infiniti had introduced the new coupe at the
L.A. Autoshow this last November. Instead we got the Nissan FWD POS
that looks too much like the G for my taste! The rumors posted here sound
reasonable but this is pretty much a wait and see deal.......I wish they would
come out with 330 HP and AWD, that would be a drivers car!

I'm inclined to believe this too. What we've read so far indicates this is the approach Infiniti will be taking.

I haven't read anywhere where they said the 3.7 is coming out in 2 years. I've read a couple of times that it will come out in 2008 (although I admit may not make sense).

I really hope it's a 3.7 liter in the 2008 G. I'm in the market for a new car and it's between the 335 and the new G coupe. I test drove the 335 today but I won't post my opinions here (wrong forum).

Where have they stated 2 years until the 3.7 liter?

Hey Muscarel, what did you think of the new 335? I want to go test drive that within a week. I heard it doesn't come with LSD, but still kicks *** in handling? I've read lots good things and bad things about 335, I'll be glad to know what you think
