i was impressed with the sedan that they came out with but i am not at all impressed with the coupe for 08...i think they toned down the concept way to much for the production version they showed at the auto show...plus the back of the car looks like a rounded 6 series back.....the roof lines the same but i think they went to soft on the design cause they dont want to hurt the sales of the GTR if they would have stuck to the concept coupe more i would def have bought the newer model plus im not to hot on the name either G37 ehhh...whats anyone else got to say about it....

I agree, the name is horrible. That's reason enough not to buy the car. The name MUST flow.

 

What I find strange and Ironic is the fact that the 07 Sedan looks so much more aggresive than the 08 Coupe.

The 08 Coupe looks more refined, but tranquil and isnt anything that screams "Dont mess with me!"

The 07 Sedan is just as refined, but has that killer look.

Seems as if the tables have turned on the second generation G's.

Damn have any of you seen this car in person? have you guys driven one? Ok than STFU! Damn I am getting tired of people's opinions based on pictures, I know they say a Picture is worth a Thousand Words, but it seems like its worth more like 1 million opinions, Everyones giving my hopes up, I am so excited for this car and you guys are just killing it

 

Umm, well, I thought the new sedan was pretty tame looking, way too rounded and girlie than I expected. I could see my mom driving it.

So essentially both the 1st gen coupe and sedan were the manly looking cars. The 2nd gen versions are the metro versions..

Hopefully there will be some things we can do to them to make them a little more macho..

 

The only thing that matters is what you think. I'm far more into a car's performance than worrying about the shape of its bumper or tail light or whether its cupholders are big enough. If the G37 performs well I couldn't care less about what its bumper looks like.
