to get this post back on track..


i just read elsewhere from a dealer that regardless of when your car arrives at the dealer.. you cant take possesion of it until the release date.. aug 21

That is so not cool!! I wonder why some sedan owners were able to get their new cars early and we are not.

 

Your message got me all pumped up early today so visited my dealer too. Ordered myG37 with prem/nav/tech/sport in red with stone a few months back too. Delivery quote today was week of Aug 31 which they claim is the factory first delivery time now. recently revised from week of Aug 21.

Dealer claims he will have a coupe on August 11 not for sale but to view and drive. Cant wait, planning to keep my 2003 coupe delivered to me halloween in 2002, one of first in Houston.

Also have an M45 sport, 20006 edition, which I really like too. Last 9 cars have been Infiniti's all Q's until my G35. I hear the Q is coming back in calendar year 2009 targetting the latest big sedan from Lexus.
