I shot my infiniti order mgr an email this morning asking if they were having a g37 event on the 16th and asked if i could be invited. He replied back saying of course.. and on top of that.. he had two free tickets to a big event in Boston for tommorow night called 'Best of Boston' where infiniti is a sponsor. Turns out the tickets are VIP (only 200 invitees), $100 a pop, dinner, drinks, reggae music and a party on the beach where they're going to show off the new G for the first time. All free for me. Needless to say i was floored by the offer and i'll definatley be there with camera in hand. You can expect a few pics by wed.

I went to the Best of Boston last year, or was it the year before. It was good. Infiniti has a huge presence there. Just make sure you don't wait till the end of the night for the booze. Mr. Kelly will probably stroll in about an hour into the event so don't get too drunk.

First off.. this was a lot of fun.. good booze, food, plenty of good looking females, great band and on the beach with an awesome view. As expected the G37 was there and i for the most part had the entire car to myself. I couldnt start the engine since it was in a big tent.. but i was able to check out the interior.. play with the radios, nav and IPOD/iPHONE INTERFACE!! i have plenty of pics starting below.

I can't thank Kelly Infiniti of Boston enough for hooking me up with this event... they should get props for this.

all the screens shown on the nav after plugging in my iPhone. so for those of you concerned about iPod/iPhone playback via the nav.. you have your wish.. full control of the ipod via the nav, the ****, the wheel or voice. all of your songs, albums, podcasts, books etc.. show up on the screen. very very slick.
