The G35 has been totalled...time for a G37....few ?'s
So, a couple days ago, the wife got hit by a truck in our 05 6MT....Insurance came to look at the car today, and it's been totalled out.....
Now we are debating getting another G35, or opting for a G37. We had recently purchased ours used for a steal of $26K out the door.....so my first question is, approximately how much do you think I will be paid for the car? It had about 35K miles when wrecked, and was in A+ fully loaded condition.
Second question.....I had just purchased an Injen CAI, Injen dual exhaust, Tein S-Tech springs, and a set of 19x8.5, 19x9.5 ADR M-Sports +35....
Which, if any, of these will be usable if I get the G37?

If you get the nice brakes, your rims may not fit.

Well, the benifit to this is that my wife works in the car industry. She'll be getting a job at a dealership as soon as we get to Hawaii, so maybe that will work to our advantage. And I hope like hell the wheels willl work.....I just bought them 4 days ago!!!!!

Hey Ready2Play... I also migrated from the tib forums. I remember when you and your wife (glad she's OK) got your G35 for a sweet deal a few months back. If you are trying to decide between the G37 and G35, you should really go check out the new one and drive it. IMO, the G37 blows the G35 away when you consider it has improved in every way. If you care a lot about navi, you'd be impressed by how great it works. In my test drive, we used voice activation to find an italian restaurant and get directions to it (and call to make an order if we wanted).
Anyway, I'm going from tib - g35 - and now to the G37 (mine should arrive in 2-3 weeks). Good luck with your decision, but a test drive of the G37 should help!

Like I said, I'd be happy to get you guys set up with a G37 when you folks arrive in Hawaii. However with inventory limited during the first few months of production I strongly recommend you drive the car first at your local dealership. That way if you want to order a car, you may be able to do it over the phone and we can have the car ready for you sooner rather than later.
