Have had my shaft from power train industries for about 4 months. No weird noises, vibration, or any problems. Install was easy, remove mid pipe, unbolt old driveshaft, unbolt old driveshaft brace, slide out old shaft, slide in new shaft, apply theadlock to bolts, reinstall bolts, reinstall mid pipe. Took me 45 mins

The aluminum drive-shaft was and still is single-handedly the best mod I've done to my car. As others have mentioned, install is easy, and the gains/returns are more than what you bargain for. Especially if you have an automatic as it moves through the power band MUCH more smoothly.

Jake on Facebook gets them for a great price, and they're through Powertrain industries, just like others have mentioned. I wanted to add that shipping and getting the item was STUPID fast. Like, I ordered on a Friday or something like that, and got it by Wednesday of the next week.

I think that gearing would be a little high, but that's just my perspective from my uses of the car. If it's weekend car or track car, by all means DO IT. Would be amazing.

Anyways, the driveshaft is a great upgrade. Grab it!

I plan to do this after the new year. I just might purchase it and install it later.

Horribly. Also affects top speed, but I don't think any of us are actually going 155mph, so not that big of a deal.

Efficiency is improved though if you just go with the aluminum driveshaft... but then again its $510 to save $30 in gas each year.
