I got some ice cold water for free... it was 2 friking hot for the coffee...

Of course, one small detail I forgot to mention.. I'm a DIY'r and I built my projector screen at my last house but left it there, so I still need to build a screen in the new pad, haven't gotten to it yet. I'm also planning to do some drywall cutting and have the projector flush with the wall (there is a closet behind that wall). I am accepting offers of help, lol
