Death of my G35
My car is a write-off.
I walked away with barely a scratch from a 50mph almost head-on crash with a concrete Hwy barrier because I wore my seat-belt, the full story of what happened is below the first video.

I'm hoping I'll be able to pull off the aftermarket stuff before it's scrapped, I kept all the oem parts. I was able to pull my Osiris license off the ecu so I'm happy about that. I don't know what I'm going to buy though there was a G8 GT with 900hp that caught my eye and a hard-top Solstice that looked sweet...really nice lines. I didn't know Pontiac made a hard-top Solstice.
If I don't return to the G I'll put up what I have for sale which might include Fast Intentions straight pipes and Exotic Speed R1-T catback exhaust if they weren't damaged.

Thanks, me too.
Yes it is, especially when they're of a wrecked Twilight Blue. I rarely saw another same colour coupe in my travels and mine was exceptionally rare, 2004.5 Premium/ Performance w/o Nav/Aero. It hasn't been easy finding comparables for me to calculate the average retail price of my car.
I'm pissed I lost my car due to something as lame as oil on the road, the car had just hit 100k miles a few weeks earlier so it had lots of life left in it and I was just getting into tuning with the Osiris Tuner I recently bought...FVCK!!!
Big time sucks, I'm hurt worse from having to look at the pos Ford Fusion insurance replacement rental parked in my stall instead of the G than I was hurt in the accident. I think I'm done with the G for awhile, I'm leaning towards using the insurance payout and money from selling parts for a townhouse or house if I can put together a larger down-payment and it has a mortgage helper.

glad it protected you in that wreck. The current "G" family, though updated, scored an "acceptable" in the new frontal small overlap test (which is actually higher than bmw 3 series, audi, mercedes C, lexus ES/IS). Always better to hit head-on if you are going to hit no matter what.

My most serious injury was a very, very minor cut and bump above my left eye from getting pegged by the logo.
