Dude there is nothing wrong with seafoaming multiple times. I wouldn't mind seafoaming the headlights and possibly doing a buff job to make sure the seafoam penetrates.

Don't be too rough or you'll wear off the clear coat. Make sure to rub in between the the headlights as much as possible to get a really good shine. I can start working on the rear bumper

No worries I will push the head lights together and buff at the same time.
