My airbag light keeps flashing.Just started today.
Called dealer 3 times only to get voice mail,and left 3 messages.No they never called me back before they closed at 5 .
I well call again in morning,and see if the royal family is available!!
This thing won't go off in my face well it!?I'm assuming if the light is flashing the system is disabled.?
It's also minus 22 here the last 24 hours.Could that have anything to do with it?

 

Drive by the dealership and have them check it right away. It's a safety issue. The air bag may not work properly or at all.

Temp should not have anything to do with it - else Infiniti should not sell cars in cold cities.

I had the same issue and my car was less than a year old. Apparently the "spiral cable" inside the steering wheel which attaches to the airbag was faulty - it was broken.

Once they replaced the spiral cable - everything has been fine since

 

Hmmm.They reset the light/system and seems ok so far.They stated that if it happens again they well have to replace drivers side belt!?? Are the electronics that complex on these cars?!.But I believe it.
