I do a mixture of both city and highway to work, 23 miles to be exact each way. Mainly highway. Just city driving to the highway. I would do Shell V-Power, however the Exxon Premium across the street from the shell is $4.16, while the Shell V-Power is $4.18.

What kind of race fuel, or what octane? You're fine with 100 octane but if you get a tune for the higher octane, you'd put it to better use and actually make a good gain in power. But if you run a lower octane on a 100 octane tune, then you'd mess up your motor.

It won't harm your motor... all a higher octane does is keep your motor from detonating or knocking, especially when you're pushing it hard...

if you guys only knew that even in a city as large as Atlanta there are only two terminals that all the gas comes through. All gas is the same with the exception of a small (I mean SMALL) amount of additive put in to make it brand specific. By getting 93 Ocatane you are not getting any ethanol blended fuel - for those who by mid grade you are only pissing money away.
