Help!! Electrical Problem - Center Console Chips out sometimes
I need some advice?? Just recently my G center console (stereo & AC) chips out sometime, and the AC would go on AUTO mode blowing pretty Hi and I would have to select my CD and stereo from the steering controls.. sometimes they go out for several hours. I am not sure if this problem has happened with any one in the past!! Is this something I should really worry about?? I checked the fuses and they all seem to be fine..

Factory defect.. common on 2003 G 35's .. Your radio unit and AC/FAN controls are all wired together on that circuitry.. I'm sorry to say.. it's probably not going to be cheap to replace. Did you get an extended warranty or something? you could try to claim it.. if not.. maybe it's time to upgrade your radio?

I have the same issue but paid for a radio and circuit board replacement (as warranty is out) BUT the issue is still happening. Apparently there was a recall for the circuit board some time ago but not everyone was notified. My model year was, but i never got anything for it.....
