Very Wierd Noise Today...help

Driving back from work on my 03' coupe 6mt i heard a weird noise. Can anyone help diagnose the problem or am I just paranoid?

Story is I'm due for an oil change about 1k miles ago and to make matters worse I got a flat this past weekend. So I drove it to work on the spare today. Coming home on the highway as I was decelerating on a right angle to an on-ramp I heard a weird rubbing noise. It happened twice but only lasted about 2 secs each times and I'm not sure where it came from since I had the music on as well. But I did notice that during the noise my (clutch) slip light blink on each time it rubbed.

Now is this a sign that my clutch is going bad? This happened before but not in the same scenario. Plus it's been a couple months since it happen and I've been driving it almost everyday since I've had it out of storage in March.

At first I thought I didn't tighten the spare tire enough and that might be causing the sound but I tried to re-tighten the lug-nuts and they were fine.

Is it a coincidence or does it have something to do with oil, spare tire, clutch or other? Please any help or input is appreciated.

Thanks

probably just your tires are a little bit different size than ur spare so one of the tires is spinning faster and it thinks its slipping

Change out the spare... if the sound is still there, then worry.

Sounds like the traction control is activating when you lose traction on the spare. Just change it, you should be fine.
