thats so bull**** considering a 1/4 tank of gas is WAY more explosive then a full tank....

you can always drive to california and return that turbo kit you stole.

 

i think its because mainly they dont want you to drive a show car around since its not legal, but have enough gas to "take it off your trailer and park it at the venue". just my opinion.

I know gas is on the rise again, so maybe since he can't afford anything right now being that mommy and daddy are using their cards or whatnot, he has to do the other reacharound, stealing gas?
