Will this get too hot?

To put leds under the plenums where the green is. I'm in the process of putting leds in my engine bay and was thinking instead of mounting them on the sides where the fender walls are i would possibly be able to put them onder here....

Also anyone know the best way to run wire from the Bay to the inside of the car, i was looking and there seeems to be no really good spots to do so!!!

drive around for a while then pull over, pop the hood then touch that area if you get burned then its to hot for the LEDs
