A couple pics of my polished plenum that I purchased from him.

as a true example of what Sean just explained. I polished mine by hand. Took me well over 4 weeks. Due to heavy workload at work. 12 hour days. When i was finished there were a few small pores and a few fine marks i didn't get. So i ended up taking it to Sean. Extremely cheap and awesome guy. BTW once you have one piece you kinda just keep going because within the next two months this is what became of my motor. All i had was a spacer and intake.

Any thoughts as to where I should start (i.e. x-grit sandpaper, etc....)?

i tend to overdo it, i wet sanded 250. 400. 600, 800, 1000, 2000, 4000 and a dremel for the edges and crevices. goodluck.

PS- I love the setup under the hood, what grounding kit is that?

Looks nice Shrummi, take 10 minutes and polish your air condtioning lines to complete the "look!" Don't know why most members forget those lines, kinda like changing the color of your dipstick....yellow sucks! (you did that!)
