Angry A/C Died in Palm Desert!!!

Hello.

The air conditioner croaked on my wife's A/C after we stopped for lunch in Palm Desert (it was 120 there on Friday!!!)... Fortunately, we only had 2 miles before we were at the resort.

Ny "croaked" I mean that it was blowing out HOT air--even if the temp was set to 60.

Oh, did I mention that my wife is 36 weeks pregnant?

It happened one more time during the weekend, but on the drive home, fortunately, all seemed well.

Was it just one of those things since it was Africa hot out there, or is there something more serious going on? I just wanna band aid her car together until we get her an MDX in a few months...

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Clint

My AC worked just fine in palm springs a week ago, so I'm fairly certain it was not "just one of those things".
