Steering wheel shakes

My steering wheel starts to shake when im going about 75mph or higher on the freeway for some reason..

It started to happen when i put on some 20inch rims and i thought this might have something to do with it because it never did this when i had my stock 18s

could this just be i need an alignment done or what could be causing this ?

yea sometime 20s give u that lil shake after a certain speed so you need to take your car to do a alignment on it, u might just have a little bit of shakeness after the alignment but your notice the difference after u done it

Check to make sure you have your hub shim in place. Sometimes the rim hub diameter is bigger than your car's diameter. You wont notice it til high speeds.

Did you balance your rims and tires?

^thanks.. i think your right i finally found another thread and they said it might be the difference in the hub diameter so im going to take my car to a wheel/tire shop to have them find the right size needed and have it installed
