Question Car starts, then shuts off...

My 03 coupe with 120k and M6 has some starting issues. On occasion when I start my car, it shuts off right away. I will have to give it some gas once it starts so it doesn't stall on me.

Any idea why this is happening?

Cleaned the MAF today, hopefully this fixed the issue. Seems like this is the cause as I have a k&n as well which seems to be why the MAF gets dirty.
Thanks!!
