Tailpipe Expander?
Has anyone ever used this or any kind of experience with this tailpipe expander?

Yes, keep in mind it won't open up from 2" to 3" pipe...the most you get is 1/8-1/4" expansion out of those. If you need more, buy an adaptor pipe...
