Door lock stuck

The lock on my coupes passenger side door can only be locked and unlocked by hand for some reason now. If I use the power lock/unlock button inside the car it doesnt budge at all, same thing when i try it from the key chain as well, any one else experience this problem?

So you are saying that, even if you put the key in and turn it, the door doesn't unlock?

He's talking about the remote. IlirG, get your door lock actuator checked and if necessary, replace it (Riverside Infiniti should sell them). You also have a cheaper fix in the DIY section of these forums if you're willing to do it yourself.

IlirG - My car is having the exact same issue but on the driver's side. I called Rick at Riverside Infiniti and found out that the cost of one shipped is about $120 but I am within 2 hours so it might be more to North Jersey.

it sucks that such a "high quality" car has such low quality parts. I am on my 3rd actuator, 1 replaced by the previous owner and 2 by me. In all my cars I've owned (7) I NEVER had to replace door actuators. Never buying another Infinity + all the rattling and the clicking is just too much..I guess my expectation was too high for the luxury brand that nissan try hard to make. The only good thing about this car is the engine and tranny if that. never the less I still love the way the car looks and sounds.

no two diffrent parts..if your window don't work the window motor might need cleaning or replaced..
