Horn Doesn't Work
Horn Doesn't Work
The other night, my neighbor came to my door, and said that my alarm kept going off. I went outside, and nothing was happening, except my horn would not work.
Today, I checked the fuse, and it was in fact blown. I replaced it with a spare 15A fuse, started the car and pressed the horn. WHen I did that, it was very faint for about 2 presses, then it stopped working again. I checked the fuse again, and that fuse blew as well.
Anyone expierence this before, or know what the problem might be, as why the fuses keep blowing?
Thanks

More than likely your horn shorted out due to the "alarm kept going off".

If you can take it out, see if hooking directly to a battery makes it work. Connect it for not more than half a second. If it doesn't work, you need a new horn.
