well i just got into an accident. i have some question, if insurance is paying for since its the other driver fault.

im wondering if i can ask the Shop that suppose to repair my car get me aftermarket parts instead of Oem part like front and side?

 

Have their insurance send you a check, not the shop, and then you can use the money for whatever you want.

 

but my car is a the shop, the inspector gonna come estimate the car at the shop. but can i ask the insurance to give me the check or it has to be to the shop?

 

Request that the check be sent to your home, doesn't matter where the car is.
