The past 2 weeks my steering wheel hasbeen making aweird noise when going back to default setting when i turn the car off. What could be the cause of this?

 

Could be the exit/entry function of your "automatic drive positioner" system. Check your owner's manual about initializing or canceling that function.
The driver position memory linked to different fobs is great but the exit/entry thing seems like a lot to ask of all those little motors...
