Window help

So I replaced my window motor this weekend and now when it goes all the way up it , it drops back all the way down and then stops, how do I adjust it to stop when window is all the way up?
Thanks in advance

Here's some info from an '06 manual about resetting the "limits". Probably similar for yours...

So, the instructions in the manual (above) are a little bit confusing but I think I get it... There is an automatic safety thing built into our electric windows so that if you try to close it on your head it will reverse, thankfully. But the motor needs to know when the glass actually reaches the "closed" position so that it doesn't sense that as an obstruction and reverse.

The instructions say "raise the glass to the top position" but you have to do this by gently pulling up on the switch without clicking it into the auto-close function. Once the window is all the way up you press and hold that reset button on the motor while you lower the window all the way down. Now you've programmed it so it knows when to disable that "safety" feature.

This is a great site, I've learned a lot in here.
