2003 G35 coupe acceleration problem

So my coupe is a 6 speed and it feels like something is holding my car back from accelerating. It feels like it has no power at all. I had the throttle body cleaned and did a system flush and the problem is still there. Any ideas???

p.s.- no engine light or any lights on in the dash

I had a similar problem with a bmw m3. The timing chain was stretched throwing the timing off. The chain broke and the engine blew

Not sure if you've found the problem yet but you may want to check/replace the spark plug wires. I had a mits that did the same thing and after I replaced the wires, it went back to normal.

Is the lack of power through the whole RPM range? Any strange sounds at idle and/or full throttle?

And how bad is your lack of power?

this happened to my not to long ago, i have a 5AT and my exhaust(stock) was louder and there was a huge lose of power and no cel light. i took it to a mechanic who said it was due to a clogged catalytic, so i ordered test pipes and new exhaust and have been happy ever since.
btw i cleaned maf sensor, new spark plugs, put back oem intake, checked for vacuum leak before i took to mechanic
