The same thing happened to me after I changed my battery. If the car was completely cold (like after sitting all night) it would start and run fine, but if it was warm at all it would start and stall right away. If I touched the gas just a bit it would stay running perfectly fine.
I fixed it by visiting my local independent mechanic and having him do an idle relearn procedure using his handheld computer/scantool. It was using a program for Nissan but worked fine. Didn't Have to go to Infiniti dealer at all. He had a bit of a tough time at first, but after reading the instructions on his computer again, the car had to be at a specific temperature. After that it worked no problem and the car has been fine since then.
For the record, I also performed all the different pedal press "reset" procedures that I found on this site with no luck. The mechanic only charged me a small amount ($35-$45) and it took about 20-30 minutes.
Hope this helps!
