Start-Up Issue

Hi All -

I tested the battery and it's about 12.4V which is in the good range but my 05 coupe won't start. It starts up right away if I jump start it but if it sit for about 30 mins it won't start again.

Can it be a starter or alternator issue?

Please HELP !!!
