I recently ordered some body parts off of this website and today I was browsing and I found out that a lot of people actually say not to buy anything from them. Have any of you bought some body parts off of this website? Can anyone vouch for it?

 

i would like to know too, trying to collect as many bilstein suppliers as possible

Ordered the parts on Thursday 10/25/12. Still waiting to receive the parts. I called back the day after to request a tracking number but they told me their systems were down and told me to call the next day. So I called the next day and they told me that they were closed on Saturdays and told me to call back on Monday (today.) I called earlier today at 9:00 am and requested my tracking number, and they told me their systems were down and they should be up by 12:00 Pm. I called at 12:40 pm asking for a tracking number and they told me that the system was still down and that I should call back later on in the afternoon. I have a bad feeling about this.
I live in California, by the way.

 

the reviews on these guys are terrible...it doesn't look favorable.

Yep... :\ I'm really hoping I get the parts by the end of the week.

 

Overall I know this company has a terrible reputation but I was desperate for a part and AndysAutoSport assured me that they could fulfill the ordered. They were honest up front that the part I had ordered had just resumed manufacturing production. In the end I would say I was lucky and had a good experience with them.

Body parts (from my understanding) can take a while to arrive. I would be calm, wait another week and see if it gets there. If not by then, raise fkn hell lol

 

Haha, I don't know anymore. When I first called them they told me it shouldn't take that long to deliver. Now I keep getting the "our system's down" If I would be able to track my order I wouldn't mind as much but I'm just getting sketched out. Not sure if I should cancel and take my order elsewhere, (ebay.)

If you paid them by credit card or PayPal I think you have some protection as a buyer. I would give them an extra day or two for AndyAutoSports to get their $h*t together before you dispute charges with your credit card company.
