I had a similar issue but I have a 6mt and the clutch needed to be lined up properly with the crankshaft positioning sensor. I don't think you would have this issue since you are 5at..

so still not starting. I have fuel and spark. redid the timing. some how I had got water in the tank and I had to drain it all out and put fresh gas in. did a compression test and only got 30 psi on cylinder one. I didn't do a check on any others. I'm completely stumped and on my last leg.

Had a similar problem on a Honda few years back and it was a ground wire that went from the fuse panel to the motor just double check all the grounds, connections, make sure all the plugs are in the right place, you can pull a coil and ground it with a set of jumper cables where the screw goes to hold the coil down and put a plug in it, have a friend turn the car over and see if you have spark

What about the volts in your battery? If the battery is low or weak it Won't start sometimes has something to due with the computer

Is the crank sensor plugged in? Did you try to shoot some starting fluid in the intake while trying to start it
