That component you took a picture of is called the "fusible link" that is all the primary fuses for the vehicle and yes one of those fuses is blown and definitely why you are not getting power. Buy a new fusible link.
Fuse B is the large 100amp and powers a large block of fuses in the IPDM (engine bay fuse box).
First make sure nothing is WET and caused the short, if it looks good then replace the fusible link with a new one.

Here is a link to the factory service manuals which are hosted by Nicoclub.
https://www.nicoclub.com/infiniti-service-manuals
Section PG - Power/Grounding is the section you want.
If you are having trouble reading the diagrams post back exactly which fuse you are blowing and I'll take a look and offer suggestions this weekend when I'm off work.

After doing more research I found the blown fuse it was the 100amp fuse , it looks like it even melted into my actual car harness which would be the black connector that I circled in red . I’m not sure if there a way I can replace this connected or if I would have to replace the hose wiring harness . Any advise will help a lot . Thanks ! Also I already bought a new fusable link but still having the same issues . I’m positive it’s the damaged harness .

Yes you can buy the fusible link, it's an off the shelf item at almost every parts store. The main harness will be a little trickier though, I would find another G in a salvage yard (probably be able to find one with the same wire layout on a 350Z, M35, FX35) then hack it out of the donor car and splice it to your existing harness. Be sure to leave enough extra wire on the donor harness.
Solder splice the connection, do not use a butt connector. Shrink tube when you're done, do not use electrical tape. It's very easy to do both, check out a youtube video on it. Just be sure to slide your shrink tube pieces onto the wire BEFORE you solder
The bigger question though is finding out why Fusible Link fuse B - 100amp blew and melted. Go through EVERY SINGLE FUSE IN THE CAR and verify they all have the correct amperage rating and that you don't have any blown up in another panel. If everything is good (probably will be) then trace that melted wire through the loom and find out where it is rubbing on something because it obviously shorted out to ground somewhere.

Same p
Same Problem the only power I am getting is at brake lights.,.I replaced battery nothing....then I checked the voltage cleaned the terminals and also bought a new fusable link and checkes fuses in box 1 and 2 then checked the impd to see if i was getting anything i took off the impd and checked the wiring if it was getting power also checked the pos to the body and get no voltage but i. I am getting voltage from all 3 on pos side at the fusable link...when I checked the wiring for impd one of the straight vertical harnesses got power one didn't...and 2 out of the 3 smaller square harnesses were not getting power.....
Any help on were to look or what to do would be appreciated thanks
