question about blown fuses stuck

This is freaking me out! Almost all of my fuses from underneath the dash that pertains to the Starter/Ignition are stuck or broke in half. I pulled these fuses out as slowly and carefully as possible, but when I took them out, their "teeth" seems to be stuck and broke in half. I'm wondering, this isn't normal is it? What should I be worrried about and how can I fix this?

Whats broken:
-All the IGN
-Blower
-Power Socket (explains why never worked in the first place)

What should I do, and do I have anything to worry about? The fuse itself isn't burnt.

there are also 2 wires behind the fuse box that seem to be unplugged from somewhere, correct me if I'm wrong. Anything to worry about?

It's unclear what you are asking about the fuses. The ones in your photo look completely normal. The marks on the "teeth" are where they make contact to the sockets in the fusebox … so … they should have grooves on them just like this. The small wire that "blows" is incased in the plastic bit so you can see if it has popped. (see below) If they are passing electricity then they are in good working order.

I can't recall what the extra plugs you have discovered are for, maybe somebody else here can ID those. Might be standard harness plugs for some equipment which your car did not come with, like satellite radio?

But, is there anything not working? You may just be having a momentary worry freakout. It happens. Take a deep breath.

These fuses aren't broken, they are called micro fuses where you are used to seeing mini-fuses. These are all supposed to look like this.
