Can anyone tell me what this part is and where can I get it.. I would be willing to go aftermarket but I don't know what its called.. Please help!

 

that is the brace for the cats. someone is bound to have one or you can call a junk yard.

 

Now that I've looked at it more I think I just need to replace the bushings instead. Any advice on maybe a good bushing kit that would replace the ones on the bar? I'd rather go new than the junk yard if at all possible. Thanks again!

 

Looks like it's called the "front bracket" of he exhaust system. And not expensive. If this link works (only guessing "2008 Journey") I think it's item #7:
