Hello everyone! Sorry for my bad English I speak french and little bit English...

My question is, can rolling rear fender if there is a beginning of rust? It's not big rust, just surface rust. I'm affraid to break my fender...even with a heat gun...Thanks I have 03 g35 coupe and my next wheels will have 10.5 inches wide.
