2004 G35 stalling while driving

2004 G35 stalling while driving
Hey guys,
I just got 2004 G35 base with 144k
I have little problem. The car just loss power out of the thin air and sometime I will gain it back and sometime it shut down completely. The ONLY lights that comes on are VDC and slip while it stalling, then both lights go away. Sometime doesn't even start, no power at all.
I even tried pulling out codes and there are no codes to read since the check engine light is NOT on.
The previous owner of my car said he changed the ECU unit.
I took it to the dealership and they are still looking for the problem " keep in mind I dropped it almost a week ago"
The only problems they found is control arm and a leak in the steering wheel.
It is like the car is haunted lol it runs perfect when it wanna run perfect.
