thanks for the input. It turns out it was the alternator. Im thinking I did screw it up by letting it go on too long without adjusting the belt because i noticed that it would shift back and forth when it had a drain on it. I bought one from napa so i think its reman, swapped it out\
Installing the new one i made sure that the belt was tight and the alt wasnt loose and it seems that all is good now so hopefully this one will last me.

FYI....
You can use a Nissan Quest alternator... I am currently running one. They put out 150 amps at minimum and 180 amps tops OEM...
You will need to custom make your bracket (simple with a welder and a drill)
Smaller Belt.
Extend the connector from the ECU to the alternator...
before i use to have problems when my Spal's turned on it would drastically drop RPM as the 110amp alternator was just no keeping up.... but now... WIN !!!
