Unhappy White steam coming from engine after radiator change and install.

I'm a noob with cars but I'm trying to learn as I go. Facebook G35 Driver group isn't very helpful with all the hate.. But anyways I have an 03 coupe and changed my radiator from OEM to a 2 row aluminum because of a crack in the plastic frame. I just finished burping the cooling system, but noticed at a stop or idle white steam comes out.

I didn't change the hoses or thermostat either..
Could the steam be from my water pump? Someone on Facebook confidently said it was my head gasket. I am going to take my car the shop, but still what do you guys think could be the problem?

Haha, man, fukc FB.

Nah, bro, a head gasket wouldn't be shooting steam outside of the motor, it would be leaking into the motor.

Few things:
-Did you replace the rad cap?
-Did you change the hose clamps to screw type?
-are you getting heat in the cab when you put the heater on full blast?

Pop the hood, it should be easy to find the leak.

Yea, you need to pop the hood to find the leak! Likely a hose clamp you forgot to tighten...Gary

Haha. Oh okay hearing that makes everything sound so much better. The new radiator came with it's own rad cap but I didn't change the hoses or thermostat. My heater works perfectly as well.

I checked my radiator fluid this morning and it was full but my reservoir had no coolant at all so I had to refill it. The cap on the reservoir tank does have a huge crack on it that opens up if I screw it on so air is exposed into the tank. Maybe that's a problem too? I'm going to pick up a new cap today.

Okay. I'll be test driving later today to check for any leaks. Hopefully the coolant spilt during burping has dried. Thanks!

Okay thank you! There were no leaks at all during burping. But I'll still double check hoses and clamps.
