Radiator Replacement

Update: so I bought Spectra Premium (part number: CU2455) from RockAuto.com for $90.91 (including shipping to San Diego). AutoZone sells the same part for $200. The radiator looks as good as the OEM radiator installed in my car; it looks premium. I was very impressed! Anyway, the mechanic replaced the radiator within an hour. There is no more coolant leak! Problem solved!

I hope this post can be helpful for drivers with similar problem in the future.

Will do! Apparently, I have another issue now...sigh. There is like water sloshing sound from the engine bay. I looked it up online, and it says I need to bleed my cooling system. I'll do that soon.

Update: I bled the cooling system with my mechanic and the sound is gone. We had to do it twice though. The radiator is fine and there is no more leaking!

Replace it yourself. Lots of diy out there. i give it a 5/10 or maybe even lower rating of difficulty.

It is not that difficult, but it's a bit time consuming. Plus, I trust the mechanic and he didn't charge me much.

I have a 2004 Infiniti G35 coupe with MT.

What year is your G? Is it a sedan or a coupe? AT or MT? I ask because I need to replace my radiator as well and found part numbers CU2455 and CU2588. I need to make an order but I don't want to buy the wrong one. I have leak at the neck where the cap sits.
